Equestrian (Multi-use) Staging Area
This is the entrance to the East Fortuna region of the park and trails for hiking, mountain biking and horse back riding. Parking is available for 47 cars and up to 15 vehicles with horse trailers. There are 12 picnic sites and four 12' X 12' horse corrals available for use by the public. The gates to this park entrance are open 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. from November 1 through March 31, and 8:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. from April 1 through October 31.
Fortuna Mtn. Saddle from Equestrian Staging Area
From Route 52 - Take 52 to the Mast Blvd. exit in Santee. To enter the park from Mast Blvd. turn west into the park. This is the equestrian entrance to the park with horse corrals, picnic facilities and a chemical toilet.
